We use products and methods that are bespoke, innovative and earn results.
Case Study One: Streamlining manual processes
Every Monday morning, our client's office manager would export data from their production system, add the data into an old spreadsheet, and then copy key stats to generate a report for management.
We completely automated the data retrieval process, bypassed the spreadsheet and presented the key information on a live, updating dashboard.
Not only did we save the Office Manager from a tedious manual process, but we also improved management's access to key information they needed to make important decisions in running the business.
Case Study Two: B2B Wholesale website
Our client had just invested in a new ERP system and knew that updating their ageing website was the next step. They needed a website to help serve their thousands of customers while integrating with their MYOB ERP.
We met with them and quickly established that maintaining sales volumes and frequencies was their core focus. So, we ran workshops with the client to design the ultimate Order Centre - that would almost seem like magic to their retail customers, since it would know exactly what they were due to order and even suggest products other similar retailers ordered.
The results were fantastic. Multiple customers and busy retailers have all praised the website as "the best in the industry - by far!" The sales volumes and order frequencies certainly back these claims up.
Case Study Three: Improving employee engagement with software
Our client had invested in a new order fulfilment system. The system was a significant improvement on their old paper-based workflow, but their employees were quietly struggling with the change.
Despite the expected time efficiencies and traceability improvements, management was surprised that orders were still falling through the cracks - just like a piece of paper getting lost in their old system!
We met with each team member in confidence to understand the problem and found that they did not completely understand the end-to-end process, specifically because the key feature of the software - handling multiple workflow streams - was confusing. Tasks would be assigned to them, but they weren’t sure what to do. We analysed the workflow flow charts and software documentation to discover the root of the team's confusion, then determined a simple solution to fill the gaps in the training.
Our simple solution was a digital assistant that analysed each task to understand the context of the task, then explained this in plain English to the assigned team member.
This meant that the client's investment in the order fulfilment system was realised. This different approach helped their team to understand the change and improved the entire business process.
Case Study Four: Automation
Each month, our client manually prepared a report of their analysis services performed for their customer
This process was tedious and slow, requiring several hours to review and analyse PDF bills from the customer's service provider for billing errors, contract breeches, wasteful spending or opportunities for savings. They tried speeding up and scaling this process by engaging overseas Virtual Assistants, but that created a whole list of new issues.
We were able to bring a fresh point of view of their analysis and reporting process to identify the critical components that generate value for the client and their customer, and those that had become "just the way it's always been done."
Subsequently, we were able to nearly fully automate the process - from gathering the data they need to analyse, systematising and capturing their analysis process as a now proprietary software that has enabled their business to scale considerably.
Before this system, the managers were stuck working "in" the business, working ridiculous hours to try and keep up with their reporting schedule, yet still finding themselves literally months behind. Customers were getting angry - and our client couldn't blame them for it, they knew they were overwhelmed.
Now, with our help, they have their analysis and reporting completed within 24 hours of the billing data becoming available. Their proprietary software performs every step of the data analysis and brings any issues to their attention for human action, otherwise the reports are automatically sent to their customers, who are thrilled with their vastly improved service, and gladly resigning extensions to their contracts.
Think about what we could do for you.
It’s time to solve it with software.
